Landlords were reconciling rent by hand from M-Pesa SMS, chasing tenants manually and losing hours every month to follow-ups and record-keeping.
We built M-Pesa STK Push collection with idempotent reconciliation keyed on the receipt number, a landlord dashboard for units, tenants and payments, automated payment confirmations, subscription billing for landlords, and a WhatsApp assistant for tenant and landlord queries.
