These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at craftededgesolutions.africa and any services offered by Crafted Edge Solutions, including the Insights membership. By using this site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Crafted Edge Solutions is a product engineering studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. References to "we," "us," or "the studio" mean Crafted Edge Solutions. References to "you" mean the individual accessing or using our services.
An active Insights membership gives you full access to all premium engineering reports, implementation guides, and business intelligence published on the platform. Free posts remain accessible to all visitors without a membership.
Insights subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. The amount charged is displayed at the time of subscription. We offer pricing in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and US Dollars (USD). You will be charged in the currency you selected at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds, but we will always process your cancellation promptly and you will retain access until your period ends.
If you experience a billing error or are charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
Crafted Edge Solutions offers project-based engineering services including software builds, AI system development, infrastructure work, and technical advisory engagements. These services are governed by separate written agreements (statements of work or project contracts) agreed upon before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

Insights content is provided for informational purposes. It reflects the knowledge and experience of our team at the time of writing. We do not guarantee that any specific approach, tool, or technique described will achieve the same results in your context. To the maximum extent permitted under Kenyan law, Crafted Edge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
